Kiss the Camera

I love when my job allows me to reconnect with friends from different parts of life that I have lost touch with in one way or another. I knew Jad in college, but we hadn’t spoken in quite some time. I was ecstatic to hear from the happy couple when it came time for them to find a wedding photographer. Meeting with Jad and his fiancee, Lenna, for the first time, I was overjoyed and warmed by their obvious love for each other. It was an honor when they chose me to document such an important moment in their lives! They are two of the nicest people you have ever met and two people who are very clearly and deeply meant to be.

I would have loved to photograph their engagement session in one of my favorite cities, but I was pregnant with twins and unable to travel. Thanks to Ari, Jad and Lenna still had a wonderful engagement session in San Francisco. Though I’m sad to have missed out, I’m happy with the images Ari captured. Here’s a look at a few of my favorites.

I had a great time putting together this blog post and can’t wait to photograph their Bay Area wedding in June. Jad and Lenna, thank you for being so sweet and I can’t wait to capture the day you begin your lives together!
